Trevin Cottage

Trevin cottage was our first exterior decoration of 2022. We began by pressure washing the entire exterior before applying a fungicide wash to allow to dry overnight, once dried we rinsed the exterior ready for preparation. We removed any loose flakes, filled, caulked and sanded, once this process was complete we spot primed any areas where masonry was exposed as well as the filled areas. Once we were happy with the preparation we apply two full coats of Zinsser all coat in the colour Gardenia.

We also had 7 windows and the conservatory to paint for the clients, we set off doing our usual preparation before applying three coats of sadoline superdec in clotted cream.

As you can see this exterior paint job has given this property a new lease of life. We had a email from the clients to say how happy they are with the work and how so many passers by have commented of how good the property looks.
